Effective time management. For that reason, it is a priority for me to identify the “tasks” according to their importance and urgency. We must not neglect our clients, our collaborators or ourselves. The continuous search for balance… but this is the reality for all of us, regardless of our function, there is no growth or evolution without difficulties and personal investment. I started at the company at the end of 2017, as Team Leader. Although I bring a lot of experience in the commercial area, I had never worked in the energy area, a project I was integrated into. In this sense, I tried to quickly absorb all possible information, so that all new employees felt stable and comfortable in clarifying their doubts. This, together with my dedication and that of everyone on my team, led to the usual outcome in the appearance of figures that had quite an impact on Gotmink’s national structure. In 2020, the opportunity arose to take on a new professional challenge, coordinating our structure in Viseu, where I am now.
The human relationship and the management, who always try to be as close as possible to all employees, as there is a strong concern for people’s well-being and personal and professional development. We are also given the necessary freedom to develop new ideas and methods. In addition, Gotmink is committed to not failing its employees in terms of finances and the respective receivables.
The biggest daily challenges are to make the structure grow in a stable and sustained way. That it always feels imbued with a spirit of good humour and joy at work, always with a lot of professionalism. Every day we learn from everyone, including those who have just arrived.
The simple availability that we pass on to the structure and which we also receive from those who lead us, showing that we are always there. This helps to get around a large part of the problems that arise in our day-to-day lives, because before being professionals we are above all human beings.
I started my career at Gotmink as a Call Center operator in December 2015, a position I combined with my studies and which I performed for 2 and a half years. At that time, due to fatigue, I was about to leave the company when I was given the opportunity to join what turned out to be Gotmink’s biggest and main project, the partnership with a company operating in the energy sector. As this was a growing business at the time, I joined the administrative department, where I helped to process documentation. It was a learning process that made me aware of many of the characteristics of that sector of activity and that allowed me to acquire new technical knowledge for my professional career. I stayed in that department for a few months, until I moved to the HR department, where I could apply the knowledge I acquired in the degree I was attending (Design and Graphic Production), given the need the company had to create more appealing contents that would attract more employees. After finishing my degree in the year 2018, I was given the possibility to be in charge of Gotmink’s image and content department, a position I accepted, as I liked the work environment provided by the company and this was also the opportunity to finally be able to apply all my knowledge in a more in-depth way.
Not only the creativity, but also the usefulness that each piece can have. I like to create solutions to problems that arise and working at Gotmink has allowed me to develop skills and improve working methods, as well as learn how to use tools that I didn’t know.
Gotmink’s culture focuses on transparency, achievement and team spirit. I think this can be seen in the relaxed working environment, but without ever losing focus on what the goals are. I would also like to highlight the clarity in communication between employees in the various departments, as well as the solidarity and availability shown by everyone.

I joined the company in 2014 as a Back Office assistant, and two years later I was already responsible for the department, as well as for the customer service shops of one of our main partners, in this case in the energy sector.
In my opinion it is necessary to be proactive, to have good communication, patience, trust, empathy and flexibility.
I think they suit the company perfectly. In my particular case, I can identify with most of them, especially commitment, transparency and ethics.

I joined Gotmink in March 2020 as a receptionist and later, in June of the same year, I was invited to join the Back Office team, a position I still hold today.
Gotmink’s culture and values are the key points on which all companies should base themselves, based on honesty and team spirit. At Gotmink, I believe that all these points are very present and very strong, regardless of the department, so that a common goal, success, is achieved. Here everyone works towards the same goal and no one is left out, and you can feel this especially when there is a problem and everyone comes together to solve it.
I could mention several things when I think of the best things about working at Gotmink, but I think the most relevant, and what makes it a success story, is the team spirit and the good atmosphere. I would also highlight the closeness that exists and the equal way in which we are treated, regardless of the position we hold, whether we have more or less responsibility.
